Our lawful ground for this processing is the performance of a contract between you and us and/or taking steps at your request to enter into such a contract.

That includes data about how you use our website and any online services together with any data that you post for publication on our website or through other online services. The source of this data is from our analytics tracking system. We process this data to analyse your use of our website and other online services, to administer and protect our business and website, to deliver relevant website content and advertisements to you and to understand the effectiveness of our advertising.

How we get the personal information and why we have it

Most of the personal information we process is provided to us directly by you for one of the following reasons:

  • To process referral information which you have provided to us through our referral form

  • You have signed up to receive our newsletter

We also receive personal information indirectly, from the following sources in the following scenarios:

  • Collect information from cookies from our website, these do not collect any personal information.

We use the information that you have given us in order to sign up young people to our programmes, and keep you informed of other activities we offer.

If you have signed up to our newsletter you will receive a monthly communication from us. We may share this information with our mailing list provider Squarespace.

Your information is securely stored.

We keep referral data for two years. We will then dispose of your information by deleting the information from our database.
