Phoebe Cullingworth

In my part-time freelance work I am a fundraising consultant dedicated to resourcing social justice organisations. I am particularly passionate about the redistribution of power and resources to smaller charities and community groups where it's needed, and hope I can use my knowledge and experience to support this.

I've been working with AEE since 2021 and I am a big fan. I love how young people meaningfully shape the organisation, how reflective and creative the work is, always adapting and experimenting to fit the evolving needs of participants. Everything is done with such care and detail, the staff are very skilled at what they do, and it shows... young people love coming to the arts programmes. I wish there was an AEE in every town. We certainly need it.
