We’re Hiring: AEE Programme Manager, Margate
This role is about relationships, care and creativity.
You’ll be nurturing our programmes and our people, from first meetings with young people to supporting our delivery team. You’ll work alongside our Co-Directors to build something collective and make sure everyone can thrive.

Contract and Salary
Part time: 4 days (30 hours) a week: Monday-Thursday, 10am-6pm
15-month fixed term contract
£29,966 actual salary
Office based: Margate
Start date: Monday 24 August 2026
