How you can help
To continue being a free service, we rely on grants and the generosity of our community. Your support means we can keep delivering free creative sessions, therapy and advocacy to local young people.
You can help by donating, fundraising, leaving a gift in your will, playing the Thanet Community Lotto, or even earning free cashback for us. Whatever you choose, we are incredibly grateful for any support!
-

Donate
Like many of our peers, we are struggling to secure funding. We've built a critical service for young people and we are fighting to keep our doors open to those who need us most.
-

Fundraise
Whether you’re running a marathon, cycling with friends, baking up a storm, or organising a car boot sale, every effort helps us make a real difference.
-

Easyfundraising
Whether you shop on your phone, laptop or tablet, you can earn free cashback donations for us with over 8,000 participating retailers! The best bit, it is free and easy to set up.
-

Thanet Lotto
Set up to support community projects in the local area, Thanet Community Lotto enables people to support the causes they care most about. A ticket costs £1 per week, with 50p going directly to us!
-

Legacy Giving
By leaving a gift in your will to Arts Education Exchange, you can help protect our future and sustain our vital services for young people facing barriers to accessing education.
How your support makes an impact
100
young people supported
We work with a hundred young people each year, providing drinks, snacks and a warm place to hang out. That’s a lot of hot chocolates and cereal bars!
113
hours of free therapy
This year 20 young people have accessed 113 hours of free therapy, since we started the offer in April 2025. Our average waiting time is less than 4 weeks. We can offer access to art therapy, music therapy and play therapy.
8
Young people back in education/volunteering
In the academic year 2024/2025 five young people returned back to education (school or college) after attending our NEET programme. Three young people are now volunteering as well as attending sessions at AEE.
