Young People - We're Hiring!

We're hiring! Are you aged 18-25 and want to work in design and branding?

AEE is at an exciting stage of our journey, as we expand and develop our work with young people. We currently employ 3 young people aged 18-25 and we want to expand this team to include a young designer.

Your role will be to work closely with our Digital Producer to design content for social media; develop visual illustrations that help to communicate our work and vision to a broad audience in an inclusive way and to create a range of other digital and print assets such as flyers, posters and merchandise.

You will contribute to the whole staff team with an equal voice and help shape our organisation’s future. No previous experience of using design software is required, as you will be supported to learn and develop those skills.

Ages: 18-25

Location: Margate
Hours: 22.5 per week
